The agreement for using Rosemary, written as plainly as we can.
Last updated 1 June 2026
Rosemary is operated by Nordimark FZCO. By creating or using a memorial, you agree to these terms. Please use the service respectfully and lawfully, and only add content you have the right to share.
You sign in with a secure link sent to your email — there’s no password to remember. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it’s the key to your memorials.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and words you add. You give us permission to host and display that content so we can provide the service. As the owner of a memorial, you’re responsible for the content on it, including what guests contribute — and you can review or remove anything at any time.
If Rosemary isn’t right for you, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Add-ons can be refunded until they’ve been delivered or used (for example, once a tribute video has been generated or a livestream has gone live).
Please don’t use Rosemary to post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these terms.
Families don’t always agree, and we’re not able to settle disputes between family members. Where we can, we’ll act reasonably to protect a memorial and the wishes of the person who created it.
We may update these terms from time to time and will note the date above. Questions? Email help@rosemary.memorial.
