• We don’t sell your personal information.
• You control who can see a memorial and what guests can add.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

• Account details — your email address, used to sign you in and send important notices.
• Memorial content — names, dates, photos, videos, and stories you and your guests add.
• Payment details — handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data — how the site is used, so we can keep it fast, accessible, and reliable.

We use your information to create and host your memorial, to process payments, to send you service messages and reminders, and to improve the product. We may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find us.

We share information only with the trusted services that help us run Rosemary — for example our hosting, payment, email, and media providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

• Set a memorial to public, unlisted, password-protected, or private.
• Review or remove photos and messages guests add.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data.

The one-time price includes a full year online. After that, a memorial can be kept online for an optional yearly renewal. If a memorial is not renewed, we’ll remind you before anything changes. We never claim to host memorials “forever,” and we’ll always tell you before a memorial comes down.
